FOOLISH

first_imgThat vainness they flaunt with vanityAll day they carry like traveling luggageBoasting of fripperies that makes no senseDwelling in their follies high as WologisiSeldom will great words flow from their lipsSturdy postures but whiff of bravadoThey make great charlatans for our townGlimpse them in their assemblance of follySparkling in their garment of dullnessThat is that distinction that anger good folksWishing and praying a sense come soonGiggling as the resolve that is yet nothingShare this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)last_img read more

Watch – Getting nifty on a Honda 50 for a great cause

first_imgIt’s always nifty on a Honda 50 – or any other type of motorbike for that matter. The final total raised from the Killybegs Gaeltacht Honda 50 Coast Run recently, for the Lough Barra Fund, was a grand total of €3,350. Thanks to all who took part in the run, from as far away as Portstewart, Cliffony, Convoy, Annagry, Gortahork, Killygordon, Monaghan and a big thank you to the Doochary and Leitir men who turned up in force, and of course all the locals who took part too!The group gave Henry and staff at the Bay View Hotel a massive mention too for hosting us on the day. Thanks to the ladies who looked after the registration and sandwiches. Thanks went to DJ Tubsy for being the MC and also a big thank you to the marshals and the lads on the recovery lorry as well as the lead van.Watch – Getting nifty on a Honda 50 for a great cause was last modified: April 19th, 2017 by StephenShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window) Tags:donegalHonda 50KillybegsLough Barra Fundlast_img read more
